Where We Ship
NovaKix ships to all European Union countries.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Times

Shipping Carriers
We ship using DPD, DHL, LP Express, Smartpost, and Omniva, depending on your location and the delivery option selected at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen carrier.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.
Delays
While we do our best to meet the above timeframes, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to high demand, carrier disruptions, or customs processing. NovaKix is not responsible for delays outside our control.
